What we are looking for?

Business Analyst with MBA degree or Business Analysis Certification. This will be a contract position, duration till 31-Dec-2022.

Job Responsibilities and Required Skills:

• Coordinate various project activities with different departments, follow-up on agreed-upon milestones, and maintain tracker for critical projects with weekly updates
• Help in articulating business processes in close collaboration with respective business stakeholders and streamlining
• Conduct analysis for the assigned business problems by collecting data from all internal and external sources and performing analysis to get answers to business questions.
• Help in putting together business proposals for potential partnerships and alliances with 3rd party partners
• Put together excel models for business scenario analysis 
• Conduct Market research for an assigned topic to dig out relevant data and analytics
• Displays structured problem solving, application of right tools & techniques to solve open-ended problems
• Understand Business problems and come up with data-driven tech solutions.
• Building templates, dashboards in Excel or PowerPoint for operational and management reporting
• Evaluating metrics to be tracked as per business goals, exploring other available metrics for deeper understanding of business performance
• Team player and comfortable interacting with people from multiple disciplines
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• Strong Analytical Skills and Process Orientation
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment
• Quick learner and ability to work in a dynamic work environment

Good to have skills:

Knowledge of SQL

Prior experience working on Business Process Automation projects
