Your role

Your day-to-day task:

• Process production-based invoices.
• Process accounting/tax corrections.
• Prioritize Urgent invoice processing.
• Initiate emails for any inconsistencies or duplicates identified.
• Process Journals for accounting/tax corrections.
• Email Handling.
• Schedule/attend a meeting with cross-functional teams.
• Handle MCRP for the evaluated receipt settlement process.
• Handle BCP activities within the agreed timeline.
• Review defective invoices and initiate mail.
• Follow-up with cross-functional teams.
• Analyse defective invoices and provide data for management reviews.

Key Deliverables:

• Ensure Processing TAT is achieved.
• Ensure the error objective is achieved.
• Preparation of Daily processable metrics.
• Review defective documents daily.
• Ensure daily emails for invoices are moved to the defective stage.
• Ensure weekly follow-ups for pending documents in the defective stage.
• Ensure all journals are processed 1 day before the GL close.
• Handle emails for clearing defective documents daily.
• Provide daily and monthly metrics for management review.
