Your role

As an Associate, your responsibilities:

• Understand the business requirement and do updates in the system as required.
• Lead global data entry for multiple tables in the system
• Help download regional reports and provide metrics
• Assist with the creation of tools to support global team processes
• Create desk procedures 
• Assist with audits as required
• Support and clarify queries on warranty systems and business process
• Discussion with IT on defects or issues in the system to take it to resolution
• Provide requirements to IT and do required business testing for implementation
• Interact and assist other team members and share the knowledge as appropriate.
