Your role

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site internship role as a Front Office intern at Fortune Park Hotels Ltd in Haldwani. The Front Office intern will be responsible for daily tasks such as phone etiquette, appointment scheduling, customer service, and receptionist duties. The intern will also be expected to handle communication with guests and provide efficient assistance to ensure a positive guest experience.

  • Phone Etiquette, Customer Service, and Receptionist Duties skills
  • Experience in appointment scheduling and handling guest inquiries
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience in the hospitality industry and knowledge of hotel operations is preferred
  • A degree or diploma in hospitality management or a related field is a plus
