Job Description

We are looking for a high energy individual to join a fast-growing Professional Services Operations team. This business unit is growing at break-neck rates and this is an opportunity to help build from the ground up a high performing operations team. In this role, you will manage the quarterly bonus payout process for the entire Customer Advisory and Adoption team and other operational responsibilities. You will bring an analytical approach to create structure, establish cadence, and drive overall operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage highly detailed quarterly bonus payout process for +100 Services Organization. Take over the current process and expand to new measurements
• Own all aspects of Mavenlink Administration for Digital Adoption team - project setup, closure, time card compliance, template administration, budget hours analysis, etc.
• Assist Custom Engineering Team on public marketplace invoicing and project creation requests.
• Assist in metrics reporting and analysis

Qualifications

Our Perfect Match:

• 1+ years of financial or operational experience
• Professional Services industry experience at SAAS company highly desired
• Strong spreadsheet skills
