Job Brief
We are looking for an Intern to join our IT department. You’ll be responsible for configuring new software, hardware and database compiling and analytics. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and hands-on experience with various operating systems and basic software’s.
Responsibilities
- Carry out system administration tasks such as software installation/updates, security patches, and hardware maintenance for end-user systems
- Ensure adherence to process
- Hands-on experience on any of the OS like windows 10
- Knowledge of installing upgrading OS and computer software
- Hands-on experience on Antivirus and MS Office
- Responsible for managing the entire IT Administration Regionally.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology. System administration experience will be encouraged
- IT certifications Microsoft, or other IT related fields are a plus
- Knowledge of system troubleshooting techniques
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
