Your role

What will you do at Fynd

• Market Research 
  Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes in the tech, e-commerce, and fashion industries.
• Data Collection and Analysis
  Collect and analyze data on consumers, competitors, and market conditions, consolidating information into actionable reports and presentations.
• Pitch Deck Preparation
  Assist in preparing compelling pitch decks for potential investors, partners, and stakeholders.
• Survey Design
  Design and conduct surveys to understand customer preferences and business objectives.
• SWOT Analysis
  Perform SWOT analysis to provide insights and recommendations based on market research.
• Competitive Analysis
  Analyze competitors’ market offerings, identifying trends, pricing models, and business methods.
• Trend Monitoring
  Stay informed on market trends, utilizing both online research and traditional data collection methods.
• Database Management
  Strategically develop and maintain a target candidate/target company database to generate new pipelines of talent for the recruitment team to leverage.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, and Product Development to align research objectives with business goals.

About you

Some specific Requirements

• Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field (current or recent MBA graduates are a plus).
• Some experience in a similar role or proven market research analysis experience is necessary
• Ability to interpret large amounts of data and multi-task
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good knowledge of statistical packages (SPSS, SAS, or similar), databases, and MS Office
• Familiarity with CRM programs
• Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys, etc.)
• Working knowledge of data warehousing, modeling, and mining
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
