Your role
The Integration Analyst Intern will assist in managing the integration of the Fynd Commerce Platform with various marketplaces, shopping carts, ERP systems, and POS systems. This role requires a technical background, good project management skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to support successful integrations.
Key responsibilities
- Project Management:
- Assist in leading integration projects from initiation to completion.
- Help develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders.
- Technical Integration:
- Support the technical integration of the Fynd Commerce Platform with marketplaces, ERP systems, POS systems, and other retail technologies.
- Work with technical teams to design and implement integration solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and synchronization between systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
- Client & Partner Coordination:
- Act as a support point of contact for integration-related inquiries from clients and partners.
- Provide technical support and training to clients and partners during the integration process.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Documentation & Compliance:
- Assist in developing and maintaining detailed documentation of integration processes, workflows, and configurations.
- Ensure all integrations comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and updates to integration systems.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the integration function.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in retail integrations.
- Implement best practices to enhance integration efficiency and reliability.
Internship details
The internship lasts 6 months with a 6-day workweek, and candidates may be asked to extend the internship for an additional 6 months if needed.
About you
Qualifications
- Currently in the final year of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with college approval to pursue work.
- Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of APIs, data exchange formats (JSON, XML), and integration tools.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
