Your role

As an Operations Intern, you will be responsible for thoroughly testing their WMS as a power user, simulating real-world business scenarios. This involves using all functionalities in great depth to ensure that their system is robust and reliable. Your insights and feedback will be crucial in refining their product and ensuring it meets the needs of the clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Testing & Validation: Use the WMS extensively to test various features and functionalities, ensuring they work seamlessly under various conditions
  • Scenario Simulation: Simulate different business scenarios and use cases to identify potential issues or improvements
  • Feedback & Reporting: Document your findings, provide detailed feedback, and suggest improvements to the product team
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the development, QA, and product teams to understand the system and contribute to its enhancement
  • Training & Documentation: Assist in creating user guides and training materials based on your experiences and observations

About you

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to understand complex systems and processes
  • Good communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with teams
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and supply chain management is a plus
