Your role

As a Sales Associate, you will work closely with the sales team to support various aspects of the sales cycle and contribute to the growth of the enterprise business.

What will you do at Fynd

  • Assist in identifying the potential leads and prospects through Market Research and Networking.
  • Support the sales team in prospecting activities such as cold calling.
  • Learn to manage the sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, under the guidance of experienced sales professionals.
  • Provide administrative support in maintaining sales records, preparing reports, and managing sales documents.
  • Learn to build and maintain relationships with clients, both existing and potential, through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Assist in creating sales presentations and proposals tailored to clients' needs and requirements.
  • Support the sales team in participating in trade exhibitions, meetings, and other networking events as needed.

About you

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to take on new challenges.
  • Passionate for sales and a strong desire to learn and grow in the sales profession.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • You are highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and willingness to learn sales techniques and strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to think critically.
