Your role

The Sales Intern role at Fynd, lasting 6 to 12 months, involves assisting with lead generation, identifying new sales leads, cold calling, pitching Fynd’s platform and services, and maintaining relationships with existing customers. This position is essential for expanding and diversifying the company's clientele.

What will you do in Fynd?

  • Researching organizations to identify new leads and potential new markets
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • Making reports and providing feedback to upper management about what is and is not working on a timely basis. Coordinating & working in sync with the sales team members
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Driving sales across locations and optimization of leads to bookings funnel
  • Ensuring process and policy adherence across the Inside Sales function, with a focus on delivering the best-in-class customer communication and meeting sales targets
  • Improving customer communication and sales pitch
  • Constant performance monitoring and project revisions basis outputs
