Fynd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Program Management Intern to join their dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing technical projects and programs, working closely with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the success of their products and services.

What will you do at Fynd

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of technical projects.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and meeting notes.
  • Track project progress, identify potential risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Support the identification and resolution of project issues and roadblocks.
  • Contribute to process improvements and best practices for program management.
  • Assist in the coordination of team meetings, including preparing agendas and documenting action items.
  • Participate in program reviews and retrospectives to drive continuous improvements.

About you

Some specific requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
  • Familiarity with software development processes and lifecycle is a plus.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
