Your role

About this role:

The Intern will assist the Financial Planning and Analysis teams with key activities such as headcount management and analysis through WorkDay, annual Budgeting and monthly Forecasting of revenues and expenses, and monthly management reporting including variance analysis.

You’ll use reporting & data analysis to monitor and detect trends and irregularities.  You’ll use Excel, dashboarding tools such as Power BI, and data analysis to monitor and improve processes and systems in close cooperation with Finance Subject Matter Experts.

• Learn new technologies such as Power BI, Hyperion, etc., be a part of industry-leading Finance teams, and help drive meaningful impact.
• Collaborate with the Gartner Finance team and Senior Finance Leadership.

About You

The successful candidate will have the following:

• Have a bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, economics, or statistics with aggregate marks of a minimum of 50% and above.
• Candidate should have cleared both groups of CMA Intermediate level in 1st or 2nd attempt who have appeared in June or Dec.
• The candidate should be eligible to undertake Industrial Training as per ICMAI regulations.
• Looking for students based in the Delhi NCR region only.
• A great communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
• Able to solve complex problems and successfully manage ambiguity and unexpected change.
• Consistently high achiever marked by perseverance and a positive outlook in the face of challenges.
• Able to work independently and in a group setting.
• Ability to learn new tools such as Power BI.
