About This Role

Our Corporate Marketing team designs marketing programs to help prospective customers understand how Gartner’s insights, advice, and tools can help them achieve the mission-critical priorities that drive organizational performance. The team accelerates sales activity by attracting, engaging, and converting prospects through the delivery of compelling Gartner insights and experiences across the buyer journey.

We are currently seeking highly talented individuals to join the team in Gurgaon, India. As a member of the team, you will be accountable for implementing the digital tagging and analytics measurement for Gartner’s portfolio of digital products, including websites, blogs, mobile apps, and reporting applications. This role will work closely with digital marketing, IT, and business team members to capture the data needed to drive business decisions, and be responsible for supporting all advanced platform implementations (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 360 Suite) as well as tagging, testing, and ad hoc troubleshooting.

What You Will Do

  • Consult with marketing stakeholders to formulate and frame the business questions in the context of business objectives, gather and vet the relevant data, analyze the trends and patterns, construct storylines that will support impactful/implementable insights to the business stakeholders.
  • Evolve metrics and support reporting automation and visualization across all Corporate Marketing areas.
  • Perform ad-hoc diagnostic analysis to identify operational challenges and promote best practices throughout the organization.
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across marketing and IT.
  • Provide consistent, timely, recurring reporting and analysis

What You’ll Need

  • Undergraduate degree required.
  • Strong verbal & written communication
  • Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in sales/marketing data analytics
  • Demonstrable experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics & Google Data Studio is a must.
  • Demonstrable experience with SQL databases is a plus.
  • Experience with Alteryx, Python / R, Tableau / Power BI, Eloqua, Advanced Excel preferred.
  • A successful history of processing and extracting business insights from large disconnected data sets
  • Experience applying various analytic techniques (segmentation, regression, forecasting, etc.)
  • Strong ownership, project management, and organizational skills with a focus on results/timelines
  • Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
