About the role
This role in the Gartner Research Content Strategy team delivers support for client-facing interactive tools portfolio and aid client sales and service delivery associates to find pointed solutions for associates' questions and client needs. The team focuses on improving and evolving Gartner's tools portfolio to increase value for clients.
What you will do
- Become an expert on Gartner’s Interactive Tools portfolio and support the Research community with methodology and guidance.
- Aid sales and service delivery associates (by extension our clients) to find pointed solutions for associates’ questions and client requests.
- Deep dive into qualitative and quantitative data to identify targeted insights for a diverse audience. Translate insights into actionable solutions in the form of product improvements and literature
- Generate actionable insights from the variety of questions from associates and clients. Act as a feedback loop for the entire client-facing interactive tools team
- Supports leaders in making data-backed decisions
- Deliver Special Projects that help client-facing interactive tools team improve processes and engagements
What you will need
- Graduate + MBA from leading B-schools. 0-2 years of experience in the Technology Industry, Consulting, or Marketing/strategy.
- Hands-on experience with Analytical tools such as Power BI/Tableau/MS Excel.
- Strong communication skills and project management skills.
- Prior experience in collaboration with multiple senior stakeholders to drive projects will be a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to coach others in a team
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills
- Excellent English (written and verbal)
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.
