What You Will Do
- Drive Insights & analytics by Identifying, tracking, measuring, and reporting metrics that impact client retention and drivers of retention
- Work with the automation team to efficiently scale reporting. Partner within service ops and service delivery teams to develop analytical insights for point-in-time problems
- Identify retention opportunities through analytical approaches and arrive at recommended actions for service teams
- Responsible for identifying trends/insights from data and leveraging the right analytical tools and techniques to do so
- Influence senior internal stakeholders of BUs on prioritizing the right problems and jointly implementing initiatives
- Drive Data Management by Solving bugs and data quality issues by proactive collaboration with stakeholders and partners (BAW, Finance, etc.) to fix data issues or integrate data into the analytics system
- Integrate large volumes of data and connect discrete data points to enable retention analytics
- Own process and systems improvement in different stages of data pipeline (account booking, territory assignment, AL, dashboards, etc.)
What You Will Need
- Graduate in the quantitative field: engineering/maths preferable with 2 -4 years of Demonstrated track record in business analytics
- Demonstrated expertise in descriptive analytics and statistical analyses as good to have
- Experience with advanced data manipulation and summarization skills using Python and Excel
- Intermediate SQL knowledge to fetch relevant data from the warehouse
- Intermediate PowerBI knowledge to leverage it as a tool to manipulate large size datasets
- Intermediate Powerpoint skills including the ability to summarize key messages and leverage the right charts in think-cell
