Your role

• Learn and understand our users-needs, behaviours, and emotions to gather key insights that drive product design.
• Design intuitive interfaces by collaborating with product designers.
• Gather and evaluate user & business requirements in collaboration with product & UX leads.
• Execute the design & research projects for multiple products.
• Partner with front-end engineers on UI implementation.
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.

About you

To apply for this engineering internship, you must have the following skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in design (BDes/MDes) preferably Interaction design major.
• Portfolio of exploratory projects.
• Good knowledge of UX design. (Research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, usability testing etc.)
• Experience using tools like Sketch, Invision, Miro, Adobe CC etc. (optional)
• Strong understanding of common UI patterns, information architecture, usability etc.
• Open to working on large and complex enterprise software.
• Ability to articulate design decisions to the stakeholders and listen & receive feedback mindfully.
• Have an eye to question, and spot errors and flaws.
• Excellent time management, and the ability to quickly prioritize tasks.
