Your role

Job Description Summary:

You will join the global services team, a handful of people working at helping regional service P&Ls grow. You will reinforce and improve business processes and IT apps enabling them to propose the right service at the right time to the right customer, and thus enabling them to keep growing profitably. The role’s achievements will have a high visibility internally and with the customers.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Review business processes and identify areas of improvement.
• Map the Services Teams’ current practices.
• Create guidelines and support internal training.
• Define specifications for digital implementations.
• Follow-up implementation with the digital Team (in Salesforce.com, ServiceMax, and other platforms).
• Own testing and feedback of the Service 360” customer portal for enhanced customer experience.

About you

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s (or Master’s Degree) in Business, Marketing, or Engineering from an accredited college or university
• Analytical skills and ability to express in a concise way
• Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work with people from different functions or regions.
• Self-motivated, independent, and able to work effectively in a matrixed, globally based teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office tools
• Fluent in English with strong writing & communication skills
