Job Description

Summary:

This role will provide support, guidance, and analytics expertise on total compensation practices, policies, and programs for GE Renewable Energy specifically for the Asia Pacific region, covering approximately 13,000 employees. This role will help design, implement, communicate and administer competitive compensation programs that align with GE Renewable Energy’s plans, goals, and objectives.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Support alignment of Total Rewards programs with GE Renewable Energy’s Business strategy for the assigned geographic region.
  • Support compensation analysis, benchmarking activities, market studies, and salary structure analysis and updates for the assigned geographic region.
  • Participate in the annual salary planning process for the assigned region.
  • Provide reporting, data analytics, and governance to the Total Rewards team for the assigned region.
  • Support creation and delivery of training on compensation philosophy and processes to local HR, People Leaders, and employees.
  • Participate in Total Rewards initiatives and related projects.

Qualifications/requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge or experience
  • Prior HR experience and/or knowledge
  • Ability to understand processes in complex organizational structures and operate within a matrix environment
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficient in Excel, Enabling Macros, Working on complex Excel formulae
