Job Description

• Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers.
• Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals.
• Create and update Listings, Mailers of available properties.
• Cold-Calling in order to create interest in products & services, generate new business leads, and arrange meetings.
• Understand customer needs/requirements and educate them accordingly.
• Able to generate the leads and make it into conversion and achieve a given target.
• Handle market-related activities such as Promotional activities, Site visits, Outdoor Marketing, etc.
