In this role, you will be responsible for crafting clean, functional code that flawlessly suits the needs of the company. Your main focus will be coding and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests. To support Engineer using Agile Methodology and should have an end-to-end understanding of business use cases, to transform them into an effective and strategic solution. Work with business people to have a real-time problem and, craft the solution which fits into client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Experience in providing Level 1/2 application support (complex workflow)
  • Clear communication style and ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders both orally and written in excellent English.
  • Experience/knowledge of ServiceNow basics (Incident management)
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and Ppt
  • Must have IT background
  • Experience range is 0-2 years
  • Should NOT be from Hardware(Desktop/laptop), Networking, or floor support type of role.

Qualifications we seek in you

  • B.Tech/B.E/ MCA
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Handling VIP user query/issue on the shared mailbox or ServiceNow tool (planned) and providing on-time resolution.
  • Setting up access for new users.
  • Testing a few scenarios on lower env. of application (Dev/Sandbox/Training)
  • Coordinating between key stakeholders, Development(L3), and another support team
