Your Role

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Point of Sales (POS) data from channel partners to ensure accuracy and alignment to systems for the record of price, product, and indirect customers for the Healthcare Industry. Responsibilities include:

  • Condition, harmonize, and post-Point of Sale (POS) data provided by Chanel Partners.
  • Compare total POS business sales reported by channel partners to direct sales from the business to the channel partners. 
  • Monitor transmissions of data from company Subsidiaries' Channel partners.
  • Escalate delinquencies to the Senior Sales Ops Analyst.
  • Use POS software to match customer details reported in POS to customers in Customer Master. 
  • Use POS software to match products reported in POS to products in the company’s Product Master.
  • Use POS software to harmonize prices and units of measures reported in POS with company compliance.
  • Understand and enforce POS data confidentiality and security rules.
  • Conduct training on POS compliance and help train newly onboarded Sales Ops Analysts.
