Your Role

In this role, you would be providing Level 1 support in Technical/Service desk support. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for customer's Tier 1 Application List 
  • Attend to service tickets. Log/troubleshoot and provision the solution using a provided knowledge base  
  • Transfer or dispatch to the next level of support. Daily communication/interaction via email/ticket/phone 
  • Adhere to customer-set processes and policies 
  • Adhere to Genpact/Customer set quality standards 
  • Provide quality service & resolve concerns efficiently & professionally. 
  • Perform troubleshooting using different diagnostic techniques.

About You

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required. 
  • Should have good Customer Handling Skills and be able to handle issues on Call or Chat. 
  • Should have an understanding of applications such as SAP/Salesforce/ServiceNow/Workday 
  • Should understand below Technical Skills: 
    • Windows & MAC troubleshooting 
    • Active Directory 
    • Basic Networking 
    • Win NT/2000 
    • MS Office 2007, 2010. O365 
    • IE6 & IE8 
    • OS - WinXP, Win7, Win 10, MAC 
    • Outlook 2007, 2010, 2016 
    • PC/Laptop/Handheld/Printers 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Good written and presentation / verbal communication skills  
  • Good analytical and problem-solving ability, interpersonal efficiency, and positive attitude
