Your Role

  • Responsible for transport operations management for the location.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, which includes daily scheduling and handling multiple routes, drivers, and deliveries.
  • Assign vehicles to vendor supervisors, drivers to routes, and handle employee complaints on the Ground.
  • Managing the transport Matrix like VU, OTA, OTD, etc. for the location.
  • Monitor and report driver issues such as accidents, safety concerns, or licensing issues.
  • Ensuring Cab Compliance, cab condition, housekeeping of the cab, and statuary Documents about Vendor Fleet used for employee transportation.
  • Attending Employee Calls for transport-related queries and Logistical Support responding to escalations and resolving the issues at the site level.

About You

  • Should be a Graduate 
  • Knowledge of Transport Applications like MoveInSync/efmfm/ etc
  • Good command of Microsoft Excel/ Word and PowerPoint.
  • Open to work on 24x7 shifts.  
  • Good in communication verbal as well as written.
  • Effective resource with excellent geographical knowledge has learned the Routing Process and started delivering what was expected and achieving/sustaining the highest Overall VU %age without routing complaints from employees.
  • Should be aware of basic knowledge of vehicle roadworthiness.
