Your Role
- As an HR intern in Gensler's Bangalore Office, you will join our creative student environment for a full-time, paid internship opportunity beginning approximately August 2022 and ending January 2023.
- You must be available for the entire duration of the program
- We are seeking Talent Acquisition Intern is responsible for sourcing, attracting, selecting and hiring top talent.
- We need our intern to be organized, consistent, and ready for anything.
- HR Intern will be responsible for providing day to day administrative support to the human resource team.
- This will include, but not be limited to recruitment and selection, and general administration.
Responsibilities
- Conduct sourcing activities to open positions
- Involve in recruitment & selectin processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc)
- Reviews employment applications
- Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current and future opportunities
- Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees
- Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities. Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed
- Address employee queries about benefits
- Your Qualifications
- MBA degree in Human Resources or similar relevant field
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
- Deadline driven; Efficiency and organizational ability
- Exceptionally high level of attention to detail
- General computer proficiency
