Your Role

  • As an HR intern in Gensler's Bangalore Office, you will join our creative student environment for a full-time, paid internship opportunity beginning approximately August 2022 and ending January 2023. 
  • You must be available for the entire duration of the program
  • We are seeking Talent Acquisition Intern is responsible for sourcing, attracting, selecting and hiring top talent. 
  • We need our intern to be organized, consistent, and ready for anything. 
  • HR Intern will be responsible for providing day to day administrative support to the human resource team. 
  • This will include, but not be limited to recruitment and selection, and general administration.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct sourcing activities to open positions
  • Involve in recruitment & selectin processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc)
  • Reviews employment applications
  • Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current and future opportunities
  • Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees
  • Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities. Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
  • Prepare HR-related reports as needed
  • Address employee queries about benefits
  • Your Qualifications
  • MBA degree in Human Resources or similar relevant field
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
  • Deadline driven; Efficiency and organizational ability
  • Exceptionally high level of attention to detail
  • General computer proficiency
