Job Description

• Candidates will be involved in counseling parents / IELTS aspirants about the courses.
• Making multiple cold calls to potential clients and closing the sales.
• Should be able to convert the leads into sales.
• Candidates should be comfortable working collaboratively with the management to understand the sales goals, Future planning, and Business Development plans.
• Should be able to maintain a strong sales pipeline for the future.

Qualifications

• Since it's an entry-level/intermediate role, we are okay to hire both freshers and less experienced candidates. [0-6 months of Experience]
• Should be an Undergrad in any field.
• Should have a good command of English both verbal and written.
• Basic knowledge about the sales process.

Additional Information

• 6 days a week and work timings would be  (9:30 am to 7 pm)
• CTC Range -5LPA[3LPA fixed+2LPA variable]
• Candidates will have to report to the office location
