Job Description
- Adapting to CRM.
- Assisting Students in the admission process and fee collection.
- Cold-calling from the given database for leads generation and process for the nurturing calling.
- Talk with the prospect/leads on the phone to convert the leads
- Counsel students and help in solving their admission queries.
- Counsel students for their career path in MBA, BCA, etc.
- Email writing skills.
- Handling chatbot inquiries.
- SMS copyright.
- Whatsapp sale communication.
- Reach daily and weekly sales targets.
- Proper follow-up and the documentation
Qualifications
- Freshers are also welcome
- Qualification: UG /Any Degree
- Minimum 0-1 year experience in the sales field
- Prior experience as a Telecaller or similar will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English and any additional Indian regional language, like Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, etc.
- Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
- Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Additional Information
Work Schedule:
- 6 days a week.
- Work From office-( Pride Hulkul Lalbagh, 9th Floor,901,116, Lalbagh Main Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka-560027)
Salary & Incentive Package:
- Salary Range- 2.4 LPA to 2.8 LPA + Incentives
- Incentive (will be based on the type of campaign allocated for the Academic Counsellor).
