Glance is looking for Esports/Gaming enthusiasts who wish to be in the vicinity of gamers and popular streamers and wants to contribute actively to the gaming ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• End to End management of the stream that is allotted. Liaise with the streamer/gamer/content creator to ensure on-time execution of tasks necessary for the smooth operation of the game stream. Actively participating in moderating the stream, also collecting data for tracking user engagement and further utilization of the stream.
• Execution of all Gaming and Streaming related operational tasks in Glance – scheduling games/tournaments, working closely with MOBA streamers to ensure their show appears on Glance.
• Generate reports for the Business team, analyze performance of various Gaming events & execute optimization requests
• Work on various tools – Excel, Tableau, Glance internal tools for day-to-day operational activities and generating reports
• Work across various internal teams to resolve queries & ensure smooth delivery of tasks.

Requirement

• Graduate from Tier 1 college would be useful.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills. Fluency in Hindi/Tamil/Telugu or other regional languages would be a plus
• Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel skills, SQL knowledge would be a plus
• MuKnowing popular games like Free Fire Max, BGMI, Valorant, Minecraft, Pokémon Unite, COD, Apex legends, Do,ta2, LOL, etc.(Must know any 3).
• Must be up to date regarding the gaming/eSports scene of the game you play. Must have hours1,000 hours hour same experience in the game you play - preferably ranked status.
• Analytical & Logical reasoning skills.
• Flexible to work long hours/weekends.
• Must be okay working in shifts (Day and Evening).
• Good teamwork & collaboration.
• Quick learner, proactive approach to deal with problem statements.
• Consistent in accuracy & strong ability to take high volume workload.
• Knowledge/Interest in other types of Casual Gaming would be a plus.
