Roles & responsibilities

• Work closely with external agencies on show flows, host briefings, tech checks, and recce of the locations for lives.
• Coordinate with the community team on creators for the live shows.
• Coordinate with internal teams on live programming requirements.
• Update internal and external calendars with show details.
• Work with marketing and PR on pushing show highlights.
• Coordinate with celebrity partnerships on artist dates and mandates for the live shows.

Skills

• Great oral and written communication skills as the role is operational and cross-functional.
• Preferably someone who has worked in the entertainment industry.
• Someone flexible with their timing.
• A great eye for content, trends, and an avid social media consumer.
• A programming background would be an additional bonus.
