This position is for Process Integration Engineering in GlobalFoundries India center at Bengaluru, supporting 300mm wafer fab in Germany.
The candidate will be responsible for supporting New Product Introductions and maintaining stable high-volume wafer production crucial to GlobalFoundries’ success.
The candidate will be a member of a highly skilled team working with the FAB1 Product Life Cycle Management team, which interacts with several GlobalFoundries’ organizations (Design Enablement, Process Integration, Manufacturing, Quality, Sales and Marketing, etc.)
Your Job
Collects and generates data report (Inline, CFM & ET), identifies critical anomalies, and carries out first pass check for wafers/lot in the NPI phase
Monitors inline & ET trends, lot sampling and verification, production lot tracking, and disposition of lots on hold
Ownership of PRM wafers and lot ownership for time-critical focus team lots
Supports with generation and evaluation of reports (eg. Cp/CpK, PCRB, MRB, etc) as required by FAB1
Develop and improve data analysis methodologies to rapidly determine yield limiters, correlation to in-line defectivity and metrology, and electrical parametric signals
Use data analysis, failure analysis, product and design information, device knowledge, and technology understanding to identify improvement opportunities
Supports with weekly/ monthly customer report preparation
Clear reporting and communication of issues to home teams daily

About you
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Physics or relevant engineering fields
Years of Experience: Open for New college graduates and/or candidates with 1 year experience in semiconductor manufacturing
