Work closely with MT customers and act as Single Point of Contact with regards Stock availability
Work with GCPL MT logistic team on fill rate reconciliation between GCPL internal fill rates and Customer external fill rates and work on areas to improve external fill rates Such as MRP/Case size/margin mismatch, offer quantity exhausted, discontinued SKU.
Drive Master data updation/corrections and DataKart management.
Drive Smooth Promo transition for the customer
Streamline PO release and appointment process with the chain.
Assist KAM team and demand planning team in quarter-level business forecasting.
Focus on SKU PO v/s supply tracking (to ensure sufficient stock for Big Days/Hotspot etc.)
Responsible for Store level assortment improvement for the chain and store/DC level tracking of NPI listing.
Revert to the customer on weekly fill rates and store-level out of stock SKUs
Must Haves
Graduate/ MBA with 2 years+ of experience in FMCG replenishment/order management/ customer service/ Chain Implant role
Exposure to logistics/ replenishment in FMCG/Retail.
Good negotiation skills, business orientation & ability to influence stakeholders
Extensive knowledge of excel and ability to prepare data sheets
Good verbal and written communication, analytical & interpersonal skills
