1 to 2 years of Relevant experience of NOC handling monitoring and management of Network infrastructure of Fertigate UTM Firewalls, Cisco Switches, wireless network, etc.
Certifications in CCNA/NSE would be an added advantage.
Knowledge of ITIL practices
Knowledge of Passive cabling network.
Job Responsibilities
Administration and management of technical operations) in support of Cisco, Fortinet, and HP network infrastructure (Routing, and Switching).
Network Monitoring using tools like SolarWinds, Nagios, Cacti, What’s Up, etc.
Handling tickets raised by customers related to Network issues / VPN issues etc.
Understanding customer’s network and solving network-related issues within SLA.
Implements changes to Network infrastructure to correct errors or enhance functionality.
Develops processes for improving operational efficiencies, as well as identifies/implements automation process/tools for existing NOC manual processes.
Vendor management for Data Centre Network, MPLS networks, etc.
Maintaining the Links SLA for DC network, LAN/WLAN network, WAN network and reporting the SLA performance report at the time of clearing the tax invoice to Service providers.
Arrange for monthly review meetings with Vendors for SLA tracking.
Need to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly network tasks handled such as the backup of Network device, Upgrading the IOS, Latency reports, weekly Backups, etc.
Monitor and Ensure the Data Center Infra working fine and coordinate with vendors for repairs of HVAC or other network-related issues.
Prepares technical reports, memoranda, and instructional manuals as documentation of network design and operational requirements.
Ready to work in 24 by 7 shifts including holidays.
