About the program

The Off-Cycle Program varies in length based on the program/university for undergraduate students. You will be fully immersed in the day-to-day activities.

As a participant, you will:

• Legal matters play an essential role in formulating and implementing Goldman Sachs' strategy.
• The advice and counsel the team provides to all areas of the firm is critical to maintaining the commitments to the clients, regulators, and shareholders and promoting a culture of excellence and integrity. The goal is to provide legal advice that protects the firm’s financial well-being and reputation and assists the various businesses in evaluating the risks associated with completing transactions and other activities.
