Led by entrepreneurs, seasoned angel investors, corporates & VCs, Massive (www.GoMassive.in) invests in sustainability start-ups solving pollution & climate change. The network brings access to capital, mentorship, and validation of ideas through its partnerships with research labs, tech academia & policy think-tanks. Massive has evaluated 350+ start-ups in the pollution space since 2019.

We are looking to hire a dynamic HR graduate to intern with us, help us source right talent, and work out of our Gurgaon HQ (work-from-home for now, due to the ongoing COVID situation).

You shall be below 25, fresh Graduate from a Tier-1 college (HR / Sciences) or with 1 year (max) of experience. It would be great if you have worked in a recruiting agency.

As the Intern (Recruitment) at Massive, you will:

• Use the online/offline recruiting tools & techniques.
• Prepare JDs.
• Post JDs on job-boards/portals.
• Short-list CVs, cold-call potential candidates, do initial screening interviews.
• Set-up Interviews with Senior Management.
• Do background & reference checks.
• Maintain a database of promising candidates.
• Provide support to Recruitment Lead in all recruitment related functions.

Position is open for 3 months and paid for through monthly stipends. Exceptional work will earn the candidate an offer to join the Team as employee.
