We are looking for an Intern to carry out research & write reports for us.

Responsibilities

• You shall be below 25, Master’s in Urban Planning (preferable) / Environment / Sustainable Development, fresh from a Tier-1 college or with (max) 1-year experience.   
• You are sharp, ambitious, possess a good technical understanding of urban planning, and have excellent research, written & spoken communication skills.
• Shall be able to gather, collate & analyse data, deep-dive into topical research & write detailed/concise reports, and be available for all kinds of back-end writing work required.
• The position is open for 2 months, paid for through stipends, and based out of Delhi NCR. Exceptional work might earn the candidate an offer to join the Team.

Detailed Job Profile

As an Intern at MEF, you will:

• Work closely with MEF Senior Team to analyse urban planning policy, technology & trends, and their impact.
• Perform research & analysis on specific topical areas in the context of ongoing projects.
• Collect data & maintain models.
• Create reports & presentations to help stakeholders understand drivers, trends, competitive landscape, & opportunities.
• Participate in project planning & development.
• Collaborate with external urban planning researchers on broader reports & studies.

• Validate your findings with precise data.
• Collate data into charts and diagrams.
• Have a flair for writing succinct reports and making solid presentations.

This position is not

• Field-based project implementation.
