We need to hire a dynamic recruiter to fill the pivotal role of Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist and work out of our Gurgaon HQ.

You shall be below 32, graduate from a Tier-1 college (HR / Sciences), with 2-4 years of experience under your belt and a flair for fast-sourcing potential candidates.
 
You are the perfect fit if you excel at understanding & defining the exact roles outlined by the Start-up Founders.

You can write crisp yet engaging JDs to target candidates with the right blend of desirables. You are intuitive, with a well-developed gut-feel about best-fit candidates.

Detailed Job Profile

As the Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist at Massive, you will:

  • Map industries in a given sector and identify roles in that sector. 
  • Source, qualify & match candidates to defined profiles & specific open requisitions across diverse sectors and domains.
  • Define profiles in close consultation with Start-up Founders.
  • Write JDs to target candidates with the right blend of desirables.
  • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies.
  • Craft interesting recruiting e-mails to engage & attract both active and passive candidates.
  • Reach out to suitable candidates within the industry directly / headhunting.
  • Sort incoming resumes. 
  • Handle screening interviews & shortlist potential hires.

We are looking for hardcore recruiters who have worked for 1-2 years in a recruiting agency. This is a high impact role where you will lead the entire recruitment business for the company and be part of the core team working directly with the Start-up Founders.
