You can write crisp yet engaging JDs to target candidates with the right blend of desirables. You are intuitive, with a well-developed gut-feel about best-fit candidates.

We are looking for hardcore recruiters who have worked for 1-2 years in a recruiting agency. This is a high impact role where you will lead the entire recruitment business for the company and be part of the core team working directly with the Start-up Founders.
