Key responsibilities
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging product demonstrations to clients, highlighting the features and benefits of their Industrial Mobility Products and services, and demonstrating how they can address clients' specific requirements.
- Customer Engagement: Continuously engage with customers to understand their evolving needs and challenges, providing proactive support and guidance to ensure their success with their products and services.
- Requirements Gathering: Work closely with clients to gather and document their application requirements, ensuring clear communication and alignment with the Engineering team to develop tailored solutions.
- Technical Liaison: Serve as a bridge between clients and the Engineering team, providing technical insights and feedback to inform product development and customization efforts.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and potential areas for growth.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction by providing timely responses to client inquiries, addressing concerns promptly, and delivering exceptional service.
- Contribute to the achievement of revenue targets by actively participating in sales planning, forecasting, and execution efforts.

Expected knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Good technical aptitude and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Hindi. Multilingual is preferable.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of lead generation techniques.
- Good presentation skills.
- Should be able to travel for business purposes.
- Knowledge of sales tools such as:
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Data analytics tools
- Communication and collaboration tools
Expected qualification and eligibility
- Completed BBA or MBA degree with a minimum 6.5 CGPA. Candidates with other degrees shall apply if they are passionate about Marketing and sales.
- Candidates who can join within 3 weeks or immediately will be given a preference.
- Freshers who are from the 2024 batch are eligible to apply.
- Experience candidates shall apply, provided the maximum total experience does not exceed 1 year.
Compensation & benefits
The monthly salary for this role is INR 25,000 for Bachelor's degree holders and INR 30,000 for Master's degree holders in the first 6 months of the probation period. You will also experience the following benefits:
