Your role

Job Description:

They are seeking a motivated Entry Level Electrical and Electronics Engineer to join an innovative product design team. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing PCB hardware, wire harnesses, and system architectures for new products. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in electronics design, product development, and testing procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design team to define requirements for new products.
• Design and implement PCB hardware and wire harnesses to meet project specifications.
• Select and integrate appropriate system architectures for new product development.
• Define and implement test procedures for product development and production phases.
• Conduct testing and validation of electronic components and systems.
• Participate in end-of-line (EOL) testing and inward quality control procedures.
• Work with electrical and electronic circuits to troubleshoot and optimize performance.
• Support product assembly and testing processes as needed.

Compensation & benefits

The monthly salary for an Electrical and Electronics Engineer is INR 25,000 for Bachelor's degree holders and INR 30,000 for Master's degree holders during the initial 6-month probation period. Additional benefits include:

About you

Expected knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Good technical aptitude and communication skills.
• Good problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English. Multilingual is preferable.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Good presentation skills.
• Should be able to travel for business purposes.
• Proficiency in circuit and PCB design, selection of analog and digital sensors, wire harness design, testing, and validation.
• Knowledge of the product development lifecycle, functionality of different electronic sensors, digital and analog inputs/outputs, and basics of electronics and electricals.
• Knowledge of embedded architectures and communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, BLE/BT).
• Experience with EOL testing and inward quality control procedures.
• Knowledge of creating Analog and Digital Circuits.

• Freshers are eligible to apply
• Maximum total experience should not exceed 1 year. 
• Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree with a minimum 7.0 CGPA in one of the below disciplines:

• Power Electronics
