Your role

They are searching for talented and creative Entry-level UI/UX Designers to join the team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on both web and mobile applications, utilizing Figma as your primary design tool. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about user-centred design and eager to contribute fresh ideas to the projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma.
• Conduct user research and analyze feedback to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
• Apply UX design principles, including design for behavior change and persuasive design concepts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and user needs.
• Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and validate user flows.
• Develop visual design elements consistent with project branding and accessibility guidelines.
• Multimedia content development
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovative design techniques.
• Document design specifications and collaborate with developers during implementation.
• Actively participate in design critiques and training sessions to refine skills.
• Demonstrate creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

Training & development

As an entry-level designer, you will have guidance and mentorship to grow your skills in a collaborative and supportive environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and actively participate in design critiques and training sessions to refine your skills.

Compensation & benefits

The monthly salary for this role is INR 25,000 for Bachelor's degree holders and INR 30,000 for Master's degree holders in the first 6 months of the probation period. You will also experience the following benefits:

About you

Expected Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Good technical aptitude and communication skills.
• Good problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English. Multilingual is preferable.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Good presentation skills.
• Should be able to travel for business purposes.
• Should have knowledge about UI/UX design principles, front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), motion design principles, micro-interactions, user research methods, and usability testing.
• Strong proficiency in the following design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, Adobe InDesign, and Figma.

Expected Qualification:

• Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree with a minimum 7.0 CGPA in one of the below disciplines:
  • Industrial Design
  • UI/UX design
  • Graphic Design
• Freshers are eligible to apply
• Maximum total experience should not exceed 1 year.
