About Job:

Groww is hiring CA Industrial Trainee under various Team as mentioned below:

• FP&A
• Controllership
• Business Finance
• Internal Audit

Responsibilities:

• Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue and expenses
• Prepare AOP and prior period variance analysis for various levels of management
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports; providing relevant insights to support strategic decisions
• Assist in the execution of audit procedures by providing internal and external audit support, as required
• Perform market research and comparable company analysis
• Undertake ad-hoc reporting and analysis

• Passed intermediate exams
• Completed only 18 months of Articleship
• Interested in 12 - 18 months of training
