Your role

Groww is hiring a CA Industrial Trainee under the Internal Audit team. As a Financial Analyst, you'll analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators for revenue and expenses, prepare the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and variance analysis, generate weekly and monthly financial reports with actionable insights, assist in audit procedures, conduct market research and comparable company analysis, and handle ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue and expenses
• Prepare AOP and prior period variance analysis for various levels of management
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports, providing relevant insights to support strategic decisions
• Assist in the execution of audit procedures by providing internal and external audit support, as required
• Perform market research and comparable company analysis
• Undertake ad-hoc reporting and analysis

About you

Job requirements

• Passed intermediate exams.
• Completed only 18 months of Articleship.
• Interested in 12 - 18 months of training.
