• End to End recruitment
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates using databases, job portals, social media, internal referral campaigns, etc.
• Stakeholder Management
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process Promote the company’s reputation as the “best place to work”
• Scheduling and Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for an open position
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
• Offer management and pre-onboarding connects
• Experience: 0 to 1Years preferably in recruitment/Other HR functions.
