Your role

To be responsible for accurate and timely sorting, prioritizing, keying, verification, and validation of data and perform the quality review and process fulfilment ensuring client requirements are met.

• To maintain company safeguards to protect confidential client information, identify and communicate erroneous, inaccurate, indoor inefficient output processes to leadership and participate in problem resolutions.
• Order inventory based on weekly usage and maintain resource and asset protection practices to control sensitive and perishable client inventory.
• Organize, prioritize and prepare printed documents (letters, envelopes, coupons, checks, enclosure) and shipping material and fulfil all outgoing material based on client instructions.
• To perform data entry functions such as key in alpha or numeric or symbolic data from source documents into various software programs, ensure correctness and completeness of all outgoing material.
• To perform quality review of completed material(self or peer's), prepare outgoing material and billing invoice for mail or postage processing, and prepare and submit electronic reports for total completed or rejected output.
