Position description

Sr Collection Officer-Unsecured

Primary responsibilities

• Meet the Business Targets of Resolution, Rollback, and Normalization Follow-up for Settlement and Pre-NDC Conversions
• Capture accurate Feedback and trails in the Collection System with 100% coverage on accounts Increase and provide appropriate Attempt Intensity on Accounts.
• Provide Accurate Reason Codes and feedback on Accounts Follow up on exception cases.

Additional responsibilities

• Coverages-Trails-Intensity.
