Your role
Primary responsibilities:
Credit card sales, VYMO calling, and conversion on various databases, cross-selling of income products i.e. Term loans, CASA, General Insurance, etc
Cross-sell of portfolio parameters i.e. SmartPay, PayZapp, Addon, LE/UPG, etc, card activation, Branch CRM updation.
Additional responsibilities:
Branch relationship, Customer service, x sell of other retail assets pdts and casa. Follow necessary sourcing guidelines as per compliance directives.
