Scoping: Supervising the survey undertaken & identifying areas villages/wards having potential for the formation of SHG/JLG.
Assisting in arranging the minimum number of a participant in a particular village/ward is very critical for the execution of this activity
Participant Orientation: Manages the orientation training which involves the activity of educating the members on financial literacy, formal banking, and credit awareness.
Participant Acquisition, Group Formation & Financial Literacy: Supervision on Collection of participants' profiles & get them into Group formation after orientation.
Create baseline information about the SHG / JLG.
