  • (6-8) Areas Actionable
  • (4-6) Processing applications at pre and post-verification stage
  • Pre CPV processing of applications as per Digital DP guidelines
  • Processing of applications post verification and ensuring that CPV guidelines adhere
  • Ensuring accuracy of digital data entry Ensuring sufficient attempts are made at the agency for a better CPV success rate
  • Focus on better approval rates and lower delinquency AFU TAT
  • Aim towards reducing delinquency (especially First Payment defaults)
  • Manage Region Ownership Special emphasis on CPV TAT and Digital DP TAT
  • To derive TAT benefit from CPV digitalization at Hubs and Spokes Ensuring that agency and RCC processing TATs are well within the benchmarks Process Management AFU
  • Internal Audit - Nil observations Central Quality Sampling observations to be minimal Quality Initiatives at the RCC Complaints resolution at the local level with minimal escalations
  • Agency management Identification/empanelling/training of new agencies Sufficient cross-checks to ensure the quality of agency deliverables
  • Ensuring focus on that, constructability, and quality Capacity planning at the agency, tracking of applications, and load balancing between agencies Billing to be accurate and processed without delays
  • Spoke location management Coordinating with Branches in spoke locations for Query resolution
  • Special focus on the Agency management in upcountry locations
  • Travel to spoke locations for location /agency reviews.
