Your role
Penetrate Assigned Region:
Ensure assigned villages/regions are penetrated with CASA & ME accounts as per set targets.
Ensure centrally assigned productivity levels are achieved in assigned Village Penetration via multiple cross-sell products.
Extract Cross Sell Business through maximum penetration of products in already existing customer base and the New to Bank (NTB) acquisitions.
Meet the productivity parameters set by a central team.
Create/Promote the banking ecosystem in the village/region assigned so that HDFC Bank's presence is felt in the rural market.
Lead Generation & Cross-Selling:
Generate leads for all Cross-selling products & any other products introduced from the bank on time to time basis.
Ensure to drive Cross-Sell objectives initiated and communicated on time to time basis.
Ensure implementation of the product action plan designed for specific villages/regions.
Repository Maintenance:
Ensure customer data is mapped against each product in a defined system (APMS/CRM, etc.) on daily basis.
Ensure 100% correct customer data updating in the defined system (APMS/CRM, etc.) for each product.
Training, development & rotations
Managing a successful program is to do “more with less”. So impacting more employees effectively, without spending too much is the answer to successful training.
The Bank has built a vital training infrastructure, which seeks to upgrade skill levels across grades and functions through a combination of in-house and external programs.
The key to an effective training function is active participation by all stakeholders, including Learning managers and HR managers.
Senior leaders are actively engaged at every stage, right from need identification, to conceptualizing the training programs...and while conducting sessions.
At HDFC Bank - with its induction, onboarding, and behavioural training programs like service excellence and leadership programs for various levels — employees are mapped to a training manager and the learning graph of all employees is tracked with updates available through the intranet.
