Your role

As a Business Enhancement Unit-Tele Sales Officer, you will be responsible for sales closure through Tele-calling and leads generated of all asset & liability products by Internal and external lead channels.

Primary Responsibilities

Process Management:

• Follow the process & adhere to the guidelines of the Channel.
• Code of Conduct and other compliances are to be followed strictly as downloaded during training and at regular team meetings.
• Adhering to the required system login and dialer hygiene parameters (TOS / Wrap / Talk time) for the day/month.
• Maintain Call and Business Productivity.

Target v/s Achievement:

• The prime KRA is to meet the business targets set for the Month / Year and maintain productivity benchmarks.
• Identify the right product for customers and ensure sales closure.

Quality Management:

• Understanding the exact customer’s needs & selling the right product to the customer.
• Ensure proper tagging & dispositions of leads & database called on Dialer systems.
• Tele Sales Officer to work on the feedback shared by the supervisor/training & quality manager on the quality of appointment fixed & communication with customers.
