Your Role

• Liaising with IT and vendor to get the changes done in the application basis the requirement document Feasibility study and Design.
• Participate in discussions with vendors on technical requirements.
• Testing Preparing the test cases Testing the release given by the vendor basis the test cases prepared and highlighting failures.
• Helping the Team leader send the release documents to the user group Addressing queries raised by branches/support team during new enhancement roll-out Production issues.
• Deployment and Troubleshooting Ensuring rollback release is received and preparing rollback checklist.
• Carry out Performance Tests, monitor system behavior, track gaps, and defects, get bug fixes, deploy bug fixes Production implementation, and compliance.
• Co-coordinating with RCB members for RCF Approvals.
• Post Production Support and Maintenance Conducting PVT and providing PVT sign-off Close of Change and Release ticket.

Salary & Benefits

The estimated salary for this role ranges from INR 290,000 to INR 930,000 per year. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements depending on the position offered.
